The hotel has some positives like large beds and a nice bed in the room, but there were disturbances at midnight due to construction work causing inconvenience. The strong smell of paint and thinner was also a downside. The staff was good and professional despite some instances of direct refusal without checking. The location is pretty good for exploring Kuta, close to the airport and with easy transport access. The dining experience was sub-par, lacking in choices, though the smoked guinea fowl was on par. Overall, the hotel could improve on the room conditions and dining options for a more pleasant stay.
Upon my late-night arrival to Bali, I discovered that the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to lots of shops and restaurants. The service was warm and hospitable, although it seemed that staff mainly focused on cleaning tables rather than engaging with guests. The dining experience was adequate, although the menu variety shuffled frequently. The hotel facilities could use some improvement, not quite matching what one would expect from a 3-star property.
